Verification of Results
In order to increase the credibility of their results, tutors are encouraged to upload soft copies of their certificates for verification. We regret that priority will be given to those who have their certificates verified when it comes to consideration for tuition assignments.
Can I send photocopies of my certificates by post?
Yes, you can. If you are not able to scan or take pictures of your certs , you can send black and white photocopies of your certificates to TuitionC, VBox 888542 (our exact postal address).
Please ensure the photocopies are not too light or dark in colour, and all the logo, signatures and words can be seen clearly.
If one of your certificates is in a language other than English and Chinese, please include an English translation as well. Lastly, please indicate your name and tutor ID at the back of your envelope, and try not to fold the photocopies by ensuring the envelope is big enough.
How long does it take to verify my certificates?
It usually takes about a day to verify all your certs if you save it online. On the other hand, if you send your certs by post, it may take up to a week.
You can help to reduce the time needed to verify your certs by ensuring the grades for all subjects are entered beforehand in the Qualifications section. We would greatly appreciate it if you could do so.
