What do you mean by "certificates verified"?

The icon is shown on a tutor's profile if his or her certificates have been verified by us.

Tutors are encouraged to send us digital copies of their certificates (by scanning/taking picture) for verification. When their certificates are verified, it means we have digital copies of their certificates and we have manually checked that the results shown on their profile are correct. If you employ a tutor who has his or her certificates verified, we will request you by email to review their certificates online through our web site so that you can be sure of their qualifications.
