How does TuitionC verify its tutors' qualifications?

We trust our tutors to state their qualifications accurately. Before an assignment, we will interview the tutor by phone and confirm his/her qualifications. Tutors are also encouraged to send us digital copies of their certificates for verification. Once assigned, we instruct tutors to bring their certificates on the first lesson for parents to check. Therefore, there is no point for the tutors to declare false results.

Parents and students can check their tutors' certificates on the first lesson. If you find that their qualification is inaccurate, please contact us immediately. We will decide whether it is an honest mistake or a fraud. We will provide a new tutor on your next lesson at no extra charge.
