How do I reply to an SMS?

Each assignment request is called a "case". When you receive an SMS for a case, it will contain the following details:

1. Case ID eg. Case 123
2. Level and year of study eg. Pri 5, Sec 4 etc.
3. Gender of the student
4. Subjects eg. Eng, Maths
5. Location
6. No. of lessons per week
7. No. of hours per lesson
8. The lesson timeslots if known
9. The timing of the lessons if known

Example of a request SMS sent by us:
Assignment: JC 1, Female, Maths, Chinese @ Jurong West, 2 x 1.5hrs/week, Sat morning. Interested? Reply with "case 123 <your rate>"

Example of a reply sent by you:
The format is Case ID, your rate/hr or rate/month and any other optional conditions
example: case 123, 20/hr
example: case 123, 150/month, can only make it on weekdays

If you are unable to meet any one of the conditions, you can reply like this:
case 123, 20/hr, available on Sun afternoon only
We will understand that you can accept all other conditions, other than those you state in your reply.

The current lowest rate is the lowest rate offered by other tutors. This is solely for your reference only and you can offer a higher or lower rate. Note that the lowest rate so far may not always be available.
