Tuition Coordinator

We are looking for part-time or full-time coordinators to fill our weekdays/weekend slots.
This is a commission-based position. Applicants do not have to pay any subscription fee. We do not sell or rent out our customers' and tutors' data.

Working Hours and Place

  • Part-time or full-time
  • Working hours are very flexible and can be arranged.
  • Work from home or anywhere that has Internet connection, since our system is totally online.
  • Full training will be provided to use our system.

Job Scope

  • Handle tuition assignments that are allocated to you.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements
  • Communicate with tutors to find out their availability and willingness to take up tuition assignments
  • Coordinate tuition assignments between clients and tutors
  • The coordinating process will be done using your own home phone or handphone.
Collection of payment from customers is done by the Finance Department, coordinators just have to concentrate on matching suitable tutors to students.

Requirements

  • Housewives and students are welcome to apply.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently.
  • Independent worker and Positive attitude
  • Determined, responsible and committed
  • Good IT knowledge and Internet skills.
  • Has a laptop/PC, an Internet connection and a quiet environment at home.

Salary

  • For part-time and full-time coordinators, up to 50% of our commission for each successfully closed assignment
  • We regret that we are unable to reveal more information.
